Since June 5, 2002 SODENA's GECDIS has been one of the first compliant with the ECDIS standard, according to the new SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) regulations. These certificates have been constantly renewed to include the latest Sodena Software developments and become Wheelmark when certification rules have been modified.

SODENA is also ISO 9001 v.2000 certified.

GECDIS of SODENA is Wheelmark certified.

The latest version of SODENA GECDIS / SENIN in production and ECDIS certified according to the latest standards is 5.1.3. The SODENA GECDIS versions previous to 5.0.9 are no longer ECDIS certified in production.
